  Food is excellent. I drive out of my way to get egg sandwiches from here and they hardly ever disappoint. But, I have to give 4 stars because for the vast majority of the occasions in which i’ve come in, I feel as if it’s like i’m an inconvenience. The staff is pretty rude. This would be a 5 star establishment if they upped their game in customer service.

  I usually go to the “better on a bagel” express in Coram. But I went to this location today. Their bagels are really good. Super soft, and fresh. But I thought the guy had an attitude issue while serving me. It was like he couldn’t wait for me to be out of there. I love their bagels but will stick to the location in Coram from now on, staff there is much nicer, respects you from the time you walk in till the time you walk out.

  The people working are very nice. I ordered a dozen bagels and they gave me 14. The bagels are very fresh along with the butter and creamcheese.

  After eating bagels for more than fifty years(how did that happen?) these bagels are the best I've ever had.... large soft and fresh -- like me!

  The bagels here are super soft and fresh. Prices are reasonable and they are generous with cream cheese. This is our go to place for bagels. For something unique try the cinnamon sugar bagel.
