  Please beware of this business. First, they post that they are BBB accredited. They are not, and they have an F rating with the BBB. Further details are provided on the BBB website. I accidentally walked on their property on the way to the bus stop today and was cursed out by the owner, who was accompanied by a German Shepherd. Thank God nothing happened. Please beware.

  After my car was hit and the other driver's insurance company was being less than helpful, John not only repaired the damage to my car but also fixed other outstanding issues. all within my budget! He and the rest of his staff were very helpful, each person clearly familiar with my vehicle and exactly what was being done to fix it. It felt like a family-owned place, with the excellent service and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I got frequent updates on the status of the vehicle, which included level-setting conversations about the most effective repairs. Even though his shop is 45 mins away from me, I won't be going anywhere else should I need body work in the future. Can't say enough good things about John and Bethesda Collision Center!

  Best Shop in Bethesda for Restorations, Mechanical and Customer Service If your in a collision this is the only shop I would recommend in the area. Lynn, Hugh and Dan provide exceptional customer service.

  Really amazing service here! They have a great team who listens to you and does great diagnostic work. I know a fair bit about auto repair and they never try to sell you on service thats not required. Plus they do very quick work and communicate with you the whole time. Will always take my car here!
