  The food is delicious, but customer service is inconsistent. They don't hone in on order modifications I have had to send an item back twice and items were forgotten or entirely made improperly. As good as food tastes you can only allow a place to mess up your order but so many times before you give up. I am about this close to giving up completely them I give them a 4 stars because the food is good but for customer service and order accuracy I give them a 2.5 they need to pay closer attention to orders.

  Been eating at this place for over 5 years and just had the most horrible experience. After last time they forgot my drink, now they forget it again and when I open my food up my "freshly made chicken" according to a manager that only chooses to identify himself as Mr. K shows up torn up at the end of one of the tenders like somebody was eating from it. Cashier and cook both say that happens when it comes out the microwave but Mr. K claims to have seen my chicken come out the fryer and packaged with his own eyes. Of course they denied saying so afterwards. Very bad experience and even worst manager. Says he is listening but ask me questions I just finished answering, if he would've been listening instead of trying to talk over the customer. Between the recent hikes in prices(3 in the past year) and this I will likely not be eating here again. Sucks because the food was tier 1 definitely

  Really disappointed with both the food quality and the delivery. The chicken was cold and under-cooked. It was raw and bloody on the inside. The outside was stale and dry. Most of the chicken was not safe and had to be tossed. This after waiting an hour and a half for the delivery.

  Wings are regular sized. Fried not roasted. 911 Sauce is not as hot as advertised.
