  The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Internet worked great. Staff was very pleasent.

  FANTASTIC BREAKFAST. OUR FIRST ROOM HAD A BROKEN SHOWER BUT WE WERE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM, ALTHOUGH WE HAD SETTLED IN AND HAD TO MOVE AT MIDNIGHT. BUT, THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND THE MOVE WASN'T ALL THAT BAD. THE BEDS WERE QUITE COMFORTABLE AND THE BREAKFAST STAFF MET EVERYONE WITH A SMILE.

  I read the negative reviews and I am not sure those people are rating the same place I stayed in. Because our experience was great and the staff was very friendly they even allowed us to check in a couple hours early. My dad had an early morning procedure at the VA Fresno Medical Office and since we live so far away the VA booked us the room. The rooms were very clean and quiet, I did not see the bad neighborhood as others reported what I saw was a Dennys right next door and McDonald's across the street but I chose a pizza delivery which I will have to review next because the pizza was not even done enough, for my liking anyway. They supply in room coffee pots a small fridge under the bathroom sink, lots of clean towels and many pillows on each bed. I give them a five star for all of that but bonus points for their breakfast. The little food area was small and you had to wait your turn but to me that shows how busy they really are. So take your time at breakfast and know that being busy is not a reason to give a low review it's a reason to slow down and say hi to someone waiting in line with you who knows you may even make a new friend standing in that line. Thank you staff for a job well done and thank you VA for taking care of my dad who served his Country with pride. Be proud to be an American let's stop the bad talk about our country and make it strong again.

  I spent one night in this clean and well-maintained hotel. The mattress was the most comfortable of all the hotels in this particular car trip. My dog was happy that he was welcomed and there was a good grassy area between two of the three buildings, which was dedicated for dog bathroom purposes. My room faced that largely closed-in area, so the room was very quiet except for a couple of people in the hallway around 8 AM. The free breakfast was average for this sort of hotel. Happy overall and would definitely return.
