  We were diverted here on an overnight by AA. Could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The bed, the linens, the room were all of a top notch quality. Service was helpful, professional and politely friendly. We totally recommend this Best Western.

  I want to give this rating a 4 because I had a clean spacious beautiful room during my stay. The front desk staff were helpful and professional. However, here are some of the things that dock this to a 3-rating: - during our wait in the lobby, there was a lot of dust and noise as they were rebuffing the lobby counter - the pool area could use more service. There were no refill of towels. Most of the lounge chairs were inaccessible and dirty from some renovation work done on the ground. - This is the real kicker: We were told the shuttles were every half hour, so we waited at 1:45 for a 2 o'clock shuttle to the airport that did not arrive until 2:40. We should've gotten to the airport by 2:15 giving us a full 1.5 hours until our flight, but instead we did not get to our gate until 15 minutes before take off.

  Nice hotel. Bed was super comfortable! Firm but soft as well. Breakfast was not included, but was only like $9 for all you can eat. It was delicious. Very close to pretty much everything.

  I was very impressed with the service and professionalism at this hotel. This is the first time that I stayed at a Best Western hotel and would definitely stay at one again. The breakfast was delicious and the food in the restaurant was awesome. I felt that the staff was exceptional and really cared about the people who were staying in the hotel.

  This is our second time here, we would not return if it was not a good place to stay. Room's are clean and nice furnished. Bathroom lighting is our only complaint, it is dimly lit, making it difficult to see while doing hair and makeup. The breakfast buffet is perfect with many nice choices. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Location is perfect for us near the airport, within minutes of our friends home in Coral Gables and within 30 min. Of many local attractions and museum's.
