  Found this hotel by coincidence. Have had some not so good experiences with the chain in the past but was looking for reasonable rates and I think that's what Best Western used to mean to me many years ago. Pleasantly surprised how comfortable my stay was. It's a relatively small hotel but I like that. The guests and staff get to know each other quickly. Over all, a very quiet, safe and comfortable stay.

  Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Nice furniture. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast. Parking is free and assigned on a first come first serve basis in a lot at the hotel location, but they can accommodate the overflow at a nearby parking garage, so it is still very convenient, since street parking is non-existent. Overall a good hotel at a nice quiet location not too far from the convention center and the French quarter.

  Hotel was clean & well kept. Rooms comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Plumbing not so good. Toilet stopped up and tub drained slowly. Staff did act quickly. Overall, I was satisfied and would probably stay there again.

  Great staff. Quiet location. Full, hot breakfast with a nice variety. Beverages, snacks, fresh baked goods always available. Comfortable bed. I would recommend.

  It was a very good stay. The staff were very nice and when we ran out of food in the breakfast, they would quickly refill it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. the parking is free. It is also very close to the St Charles Streetcar stops so transportation to attractions is very easy. It is right next to a very good grill.the superior. We often got back late and it always felt good to go to our room. There is also a fitness center. Overall, this is a very good place to stay in the garden district. Or in New Orleans for that matter.i would definitely recommend it.
