  Dont let the gas station,fast food restaurants, and traffic stop you from checking this place out! We were there one night and Victor was very nice at the front desk. Our room was also clean!😍 Like Nice Clean. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Would def recommend.

  This hotel was very dirty.First of all,we had a room with a sofa bed. When I opened it up the mattress was torn open on the sides and it had lots of bugs on top. In the normal beds, the blankets had pubic hair on them. Then we went to the pool and it was equally as nasty as the room. I would not recommend this hotel and I would not even give it one star but it doesn’t give you a choice.

  Front desk attendant problematic on arrival after having reservations for 3 weeks. Maintenance on room lacking. Pool is filthy and the hot tub has scum floating on top of the water. Breakfast on the other hand, was great and the meal help were wonderful ladies.

  Our room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and there was a great variety of food. The staff was also very friendly and attentive to their guests' needs. Will definitely come back here the next time we're in San Antonio.

  I stayed there recently on a Wed through Sunday. I had zero issues or complainants. The location is right off a freeway and 15 minutes from the high priced hotels downtown. It next to a series of apartments, gas station and fast food restaurant with other shopping close by. There was a security guard on duty from 10pm to 6am. (Apparently before they hired security a few cars were broken into). The room was spacious, clean & up to date with a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was fine and the hotel was quiet at night. There was a small outdoor pool that I didn’t use but it looked nice. Small exercise room that was what you see in other small hotels. Exercise bike, stepper and treadmill along with a weight machine. The breakfast was also typical of other hotels with a waffle maker, cereals, toast & a small selection of hot foods. The staff was welcoming and kept the place clean. I saw many families staying there along with a swim team competing at the nearby Palo Alto college. I’d recommend and take my family back.
