  Nice hotel, was clean, slightly worn. Beds were comfy, but blankets were thin. Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable about BMT times, directions, etc. Was conveniently located, but hard to get into due to road construction. Area seemed safe. Breakfast was standard fare, but you should get down there early or you may have a wait.

  UPDATE: i was charged again over two weeks later. I don’t want to give them a negative review because it really seems just like an accident and I was billed two times, but WATCH YOUR TRANSACTIONS. Other than that, I was so happy with this hotel. The last time I came to visit my husband at Lackland, I stayed on base because I had our son and it was convenient, however i was looking for a more private hotel for our anniversary. The location is literally minutes from the gate despite the construction on the highway. Room was clean, breakfast was what you’d expect, and the rate was honestly a lot lower than what I found with other similar quality hotels. compared to other hotels right around this side of town, i was blown away lol. It’s not a 5 Star, super fancy hotel, but it’s clean, I felt safe traveling alone, they’re military friendly, the room was pretty spacious and very comfortable. The only complaint id have is that parking was difficult due to how many guests and the extremely narrow spaces. If I have to come back to San Antonio again before my husband gets home, this will be my first choice hotel

  My wife and I came to San Antonio for our daughter's air force graduation and decided to have a vacation as well. We choose this hotel because of the location and the full kitchen that is available in a few of the rooms. We are staying in room 220. The room is a seriously great bargain. King size bed, living room area, nice sized full kitchen and a ok sized bathroom. The rooms cleanliness was just fine. This is not a 5 star hotel but it is a very nice maintained, and adequately clean hotel with very friendly staff. The wife and I are super happy we gave Best Western Plus a try.

  We stayed here while visiting San Antonio for an Air Force graduation. Very conveniently located to the base and necessary shopping/restaurants. Clean comfortable room. Parking was plentiful. The staff was VERY accommodating and helpful. Fitness room was limited but functional. I would definitely stay here again.

  I rate this hotel a 4 star instead of 5 only because of the cleaning people who were so disappointing. My husband walked around room with his shoes because he said the floor or carpet was dirty. Cleaning people removed our towels but did not replace. I had to go downstairs to get towels because the phones in the room did not work. Trash was left in garbage cans in our room and i had to take to garbage can down hallway because to-go food boxes were overflowing our .trash can. However, I highly recommend this hotel - the front desk and other staff were amazing!! Hotel also provided earlier breakfast time on Thursdays and Fridays for graduation families in addition to maps and much needed information sheets for graduation. Hoping this review will help management straighten out the cleaning problem. Thank goodness this did not dampen our exhilaration from our granddaughter's basic training graduation in the Air Force!
