  Large property, great location near the OLD TOWN and close to MISSION HILL. Great breakfast options. Wonderful and helpful staff. Pools are great too. Property slightly dated. Noise can be an issue, due to the open corridor design and single pane windows. I wish that they have put resort fees into the total price. Despite these, I still like this place.

  So in love with this hotel. Very clean and everyone is helpful and friendly. We stayed 3 days in one of their suite with a lovely balcony view of Old Town. Love the design and landscape. They also have a restaurant on the top floor and they have parking for an extra fee per day. I will definitely stay there again.

  Front desk forgot to have me sign paperwork and didn't give me room key. I walked all the way to my room, which was the furthest building to lobby, just to realize it. The front desk person didn't call me tho inform me of this. Once I went back to the front desk to retrieve key, the girl said she thought about me didn't didn't call me. Thought they could have handle the situation better. Breakfast items are the same everyday. Would like to see some extra options.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Great value and perfect location when visiting San Diego. Easy to get to all the sights of the city, and lots of restaurants/shops within short walking distance. Super helpful staff, and a lovely ambience. The rooms are nicely appointed, with plenty of space for you to feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

  Great value and perfect location when visiting San Diego. Easy to get to all the sights of the city, and lots of restaurants/shops within short walking distance. Super helpful staff, and a lovely ambience. The rooms are nicely appointed, with plenty of space for you to feel comfortable. Highly recommended!
