  To everyone who is reading the reviews and ignoring the comments about parking, or thinking it won't be that bad: yes, it is that bad. The hotel runs out of spaces by 6pm or so every night. Our first night we had to execute a 15 point parallel park into a small space next to the dumpster, the only one left available. The following two nights we changed our plans so that we would be arriving back to the hotel by 6pm every night to be able to get a parking space, which needless to say put a bit of a damper on our vacation. The worst part is that the hotel charges $8 for parking. If a hotel charges for a service, I feel as though they should ensure that service is available to use. Parking aside, the hotel was a decent place to stay. Bed was a bit stiff, room was clean, breakfast was decent. But the parking situation alone is worth not staying here again. Seriously, pay attention to the parking comments, I wish I had. UPDATE: after reading this review and asking me for comments after our stay, the manager reversed the parking charges and apologized for the parking situation, saying that they were "busy". For the record, we stayed on a weekend, but it was not a holiday and was in the middle of April.

  Location is great for easy access to any freeway. Parking is impossible at night so get your spot no later than dinner. The room was comfortable and had the basics. There was no great view from the second floor where I stayed, but this is a very tall building, and I'm sure the floors above had great views. They have a pool outside, but for my visit it was not in season. The staff was very friendly, and when I came in late one night, offered to give me their own parking spot. Even got a small batch of laundry in before I left in the guest laundry which was nice to travel with clean clothes. Overall I was happy with the stay, and would definitely consider again.

  Good hotel for the price. Food was good and service from the employees was 90% good I would give it 5 stars if not for the room smelled so bad when we arrived had to go buy an air freshener. Overall would come again. Oh and the wokers all looked sad and depressed. They need to smile and be more friendly.

  Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The beds were nice and comfortable. Even though it is close to the freeway, it was not loud. The room was clean and well maintained. Definitely staying here when I need a place in the South San Francisco area.

  This was a beautiful suite, even though in a somewhat noisy location. Close to the airport and many other great places. Their breakfast was very good. Varied every morning (slightly). There's plenty of room at the breakfast area. Rooms were very clean. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Overall, great value.
