  Great place. CLEAN and up to date. No funky smells or nasty carpet. Great place to stay

  Very nice motel anyone in this area should stay here if they need a place to stay. Friendly and comfortable and enivorment you will feel like your home.

  It was my first visit to Fort Worth Texas. My say at Best Western Plus Forest Hill was extremely pleasant. I felt at home while being away from home. I liked the free cookies (:>) I will return to stay here the next time I'm in Texas. Dr Douglas Cottrell

  Hotel was clean and room was fine. However, there seemed to be some questionable people hanging. around the pool area who were not guests. A lot of confusion at check-in. I had a confirmation number and the guaranteed rate on my BW app on my phone but employee still could not find me in the system. Finally offered me a room (same as my reservation) but the price was a lot more. He said he couldn’t override the price that came up. I told him that I would speak to GM the next morning to get it changed. The next morning, GM was not there but day time employee checked and it was showing the original price I had booked it for so I guess the night time clerk figured it out. Finally, there was no bedding for the sofa bed. I had to go back downstairs to get it. Apparently you have to request it which is odd. Still didn’t have a pillow but clerk brought one up about an hour later. Not a horrible experience but definitely not as good as what I usually get at BW.
