Better staff!! I was having major surgery the next day. The ac had been out all day. And they would not refund my money! I had to go pay 200 dollars a night at another hotel after I booked this one way in advance! Air conditioning had not been working all day. Waited over 9 hrs. And your front desk had the audacity to tell me I only have 30 min to go find another hotel to say at before I could get anything back. And I still had to pay! I used to love best western hotels. Use them for vacations and most travels. This will be the last time I stay at any best western!

What was great about the Hotel was the staff never at any time hesitated to help me with my special requests. When I needed a ride to a site about a mile from the Hotel between Airport runs they made it happen. The Restaurant cooked up a healthy Tuna meal which was first class. The room was clean. A great stay.

This Best Western is portably built on top of a sewage tank. We were originally checked into the first floor. We checked into our room and soon realized how awful the whole place smelled like a sewage tank. So we head to the main lobby to let the front desk staff know about the room. The front lobby smelled like chlorine, due to the pool next to it and mold. They let us switch the room to a second floor room. The same smell was on the second floor as well. You can smell the sewage smell even walking around the halls. Our room on the second floor was just as bad as the room downstairs. It was even worse because it seemed like who ever checked out of our room earlier that day had been smoking so the room smelled like poop and cigarettes. It was just awful. I will not recommend this best western to my worst enemy and will never stay here again.

READ : THIEVES! Beware of theft. Had my husbands wallet stolen with his entire pair of pants in the process of having to be moved from room to room. The room we original had was RIGHT above the bar (LOUD music till 3am) so the next morning we moved. Let me make it clear that I had two adults and two children on my reservation. They move me to a king room one bed. Had to move again and again. It was horrible. Loosing the wallet was the worst part because of family photos and such. But to top it off the front desk clerk that worked was not at all helpful just didn't care. Days later I get my card statement and my husband's card was used the same day it was stolen at THEIR hotel at their vending machine that they said they are having removed all of sudden. I could understand misplacing a wallet but his entire pair of work pants were gone too. Be careful with your belongings do not let housekeeping clean your room or even go in for any reason. The manager will not help so please take this advice. I will not ever stay at a best western chain hotel EVER again because of this one. And I work at a hotel back home and you do NOT handle things that way. Your guest is your money, you always put them first and do anything you can to keep them happy and SAFE. 2ND, NO cameras anywhere so don't depend on the safety of the hotel. Cameras face the main entrance and that's it. 3rd do not be fooled by the pictures. The rooms were decent but for a fact not cleaned well. Because that same day after our room was cleaned right after we switched rooms, I went back in to double check for my husband's wallet and found his pocket change under the bed. Wonder what else is not seen or cleaned? They cleaned the room but obviously didn't clean it well if I found the change still on the floor where his pants were last. THIEVES!

Very nice people. The shuttle will take you places within a 3 mile area and bring you back. You don't need to rent a car if you fly into the area if you don't want to. Clean rooms. Such a nice pool area, and even have a putting green. This is such a nice hotel. Great restaurant inside too, great food and wonderful service.
