  Everything was good. Only complaints I have is the room I started in had roaches. I ain't talking about one or two. They where every where in the room. The breakfast could use some help. I stayed in the extended stay suites. I work at night and sleep in the day it's hard to sleep when they got construction/remodeling going on and all the noise wakes you up. I made sure I let the front desk know my schedule and was told that the suites are the quietest they have.

  I have been coming here over the years to visit my son. Due to Covid, it has been 3 years since I've been here. I am sad that this place appears on the verge of delapidation. The front door is broken. There was a Target shopping cart at the end of the hallway, just outside the emergency exit. Last night, someone was smoking (which smelled like pot) in their room. There are no longer hair dryers being provided in the rooms. The bathroom lacked a trashcan. The light bulbs are cold white and make everything look garish and clinical. The room was immaculate, and the front desk service was helpful and pleasant. I opted to eat breakfast out, but coffee and tea are provided in the lobby throughout the day. There are a couple of other hotels close that I will try on future visits.

  If I could give negative stars I would. My husband traveled for work and stayed the night at this hotel after a 12 hour work day to wake up for another 12 hour work day only to be covered in bed bugs and bed bug bites. Face. Arms and chest swollen and sore to the touch. And they told him “I wish there was something I could do” How about your job? Offered absolutely no compensation what so ever. Said the “specialist needs to review” even tho the bites are clearly fresh, red and swollen. As well as a photo of the bed bugs in his bed!! People that complain about dirty pillows receive more compensation and apology.

  i’m writing this review quite late but i had stayed in the hotel around august this year. the hotel room itself was alright and so was the complimentary breakfast however to anyone who is coming here i would suggest not to leave any bag with important stuff in the room. i had left my bag in the room and went to have breakfast and when i was back my bag was gone. lost all my important stuff such as my ids, phones and some other docs.

  Check in was fast and friendly and young man on front desk was very personable. Pet friendly room was very clean and had no odors from previous furry guests. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Additionally Tammy, who was keeping the area stocked and spotless, was very pleasant. Upon checkout, Keysha P sent us on our way with a friendly chat, a beautiful smile, and kind wishes. All in all, this was a very good choice for our stay.
