  Great experience! Room was fantastic, pool was perfect for the 2 year old and despite what seem to be a full hotel and multiple bday parties it was a good time. Breakfast was above average too. If I were picky, there didn't seem to be any staff minimally monitoring the pool area for cleanup during evening hours for spills and small messes created by the mass of kiddos. We didn't go anywhere, but proximity to everything was a plus. That aside, we'll be back!

  My mom and I stayed here for our Mall of America trip! Location of hotel is perfect! Free shuttle service to and from airport which is less than 10 minutes away! (But far enough that you don’t hear the planes) and free shuttle service to and from the mall 24 hours a day (just make a quick call to front desk and next thing you know they are there ready to pick you up) unbelievable great fast shuttle service! You do have the option to walk there. Restaurant on site but we did not go. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great! We had waffles,French toast, parfait bar, cereal, delicious pastries, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, and sausage! Everything was warm and the staff kept up with refilling everything (6am to10am). Pool area was very clean and was awesome for families! Our room was very nice with comfy beds. We went with the deluxe king suit (with couch and fireplace) that was located far from the pool area( which can get a little loud at night). gym area worked out great for a morning work out. Definitely recommend staying here for the wonderful shuttle service, included breakfast, location, friendly staff, and nice rooms!

  I have been here two years in a row after spring break and both times the pool was closed. Overall the hotel is nice. The staff is quite helpful. The location is premium considering right across the street from Mall of America. Unfortunately I don't think I will be staying here anymore.

  Clean and friendly staff. Nice big pool / hot tub/ splash pad area for kids. Breakfast was good. Complementary shuttle to/from airport and Mall of America. Hotel is located right across from Mall of America if you prefer to walk. Train station is with in walking distance too. Side Note... if traveling with small children: If you don't have a vehicle to get a round town in .You are limited to food/ things to see and do at mall area. There is a restaurant in the hotel. A few with in walking distance.

  Held an event there in March. Food was good and plentiful for the event, nice big community room that worked out nicely for our event. The hotel rooms were nicely done with mini fridges and microwaves and coffee makers. Bed was comfortable. Very satisfied.
