  Great place for convenience to JFK International Airport; necessary for us. Convenient to local NYC locations that were the focus of our trip. It is in an industrial/airport zone for not pedestrian-friendly, but local restaurant make deliveries for meals. Best suited for through passengers or those with cars. I had a vehicle so I appreciated the safe lighted parking lot. I love the brand and was happy to be back in a Best Western again!!

  Perfect location to stay before or after a flight. The rooms are small, but they are perfect for a quick one night stay. There is a free shuttle every hour and an affordable parking lot next door.

  This was my first experience staying at a Best Western Hotel and this location was outstanding in that the staff was very friendly and helpful in providing directions to the various sites that I wanted to visit in the city. The room provided more space than I had anticipated and it was very organized and clean. I found their breakfast to be fantastic in providing different selections of food to eat. The overall facility was very clean and I would definitely recommend this location to both my family and friends.

  The place is great, however. my situation that placed me with crazys is what's scary. Next I want to thank the room cleaners for doing a great job. The security's who are really on top of things. and some friendly staff at the front desk who respond whenever I say hi, or hello. I mean some of them ignored me but that's fine. Thanks anyways. 😊😁
