  The General manager Fulya Was one of the rudest general managers of a hotel I have ever talk to. I booked a room with a Jacuzzi and two beds and when I showed up they have no rooms like that.they only had a one-bed king with a Jacuzzi. I asked her why it was shown with two double beds and a Jacuzzi? She replied to me show me on paper show me on paper. I was so disgusted with how she treated my family. PS a box of chocolates will never make me forget the way she treated us in front of strangers like we were some sort of incompetent people. I will not be back. I even showed them that my reservation said two bed. She said if you don't like it I will cancel. Don't go here ever.

  I came with friends when they checked in this afternoon. The gentleman was really nice, but while he was in the middle of checking in my friends a woman came out and told him he was checking them in wrong. Only after checking the computer it was discovered he was doing it correctly. She told my friends repeatedly that he was actually doing his job correctly. The guy checking them in didn’t skip a beat and took care of the reservation. We found the woman that came out rude and unwelcoming. She was quick to be demeaning to her co-worker and tried to smooth it over. Great service by the gentleman, despite how he was treated.

  I was more impressed than I thought I would be with the cleanliness of the whole facility. Our room was great, easy access parking. Indoor pool and hot tub, I like the area where it is too, you’re close to Citadel Crossing, and within a short drive to most attractions and food. Don’t let the “2-Star hotel” deter you— this is the best Best Western I think we’ve ever stayed at.

  Stayed 3 nights. All of which were amazing! Staff was very friendly from start to end. Even when the hot tub started to get a Little cool instead of hot. They came out instantly and fixed it right away. I was very pleased! The breakfast was about 4 out of 5. It was great! Just not a big variety but I’m not picky. Overall. I think I have found my hotel for vacationing!

  This hotel sits just off the I-25 and Lake so it's very convenient for out of town travelers as we were. The front counter staff are great and will offer you chocolate chip cookies after checking in. They all appear to be genuinely happy and smiling the whole time we were there. You have to expierence the breakfast bar. The staff in this area are so great, funny and helpful. Very clean and organized breakfast area. The rooms are very clean and the presentation is perfect. The beds and pillows make getting up in the morning very difficult because their so comfortable (especially after a 13 hour drive from Phoenix). We have started at this Best Western twice in the last two months and will definitely stay here again. Great hotel! Bryan
