  Came to this laundromat on 46 & 9th Avenue worst experiences ever. First time in the city and took my children's to wash clothes. Number 22 water pressure was low white clothes wasn't cleaned at all. When I explain to the Asian gentlemen he said you don't know how my machines work I do. I asked for a rewash he said no we don't rewash your clothes. What soap did you used? How dirty was your clothes? I will never use this laundromat again.

  Self service side is efficient and usually not too busy. Kind of cramped if you like to fold there but I take mine home to finish so doesn't bother me. Get quarters from the drop off next door and bring your own detergent/fabric softener.

  Probably one of the wrost laundry in nyc. Very dirty, sometimes the clothes smell bad after the washing, as if the water was not clean. The dryers smell everytime bad. The floor is terrible. If you dropped an underwear, you have to wash again so it is dirty! To finish, they only want billet. You have to withdraw even just for 1 dollar... TERRIBLE

  I echo the other comments about the clothes not being clean after picking them up :-(. I will definitely avoid dropping my clothes off there again. My wife hated how the clothes came back that we are having them washed again somewhere else. They did not use fabric softener. The clothes do not smell clean; some in fact, smell like sulfur. Some of the clothes are still visibly dirty. Avoid this place.
