  I encounter a pharmacist with the worst attitude and apparently uses her job/title as a control mechanism. I think it is sad that one person can have such a negative impact upon a business. I’m new to Texas and have to use my GPS every where I go. I located a pharmacy near my home which I thought was a good thing WRONG!!! My first visit was a pleasant one. My second and last visit did it. I will also make sure my family and friends never enter this establishment. The bad substantially out weigh the good.

  First few times I went there it was awesome. Fast and friendly. This last time earned a bad review. I was waiting on a prescription from my doctor. I called my doctors office to make sure all went well because we were going out of town the following day, and needed it filled this day. My doctors office told me they had left a message with the prescription on country days voicemail. There was some confusion so I called the pharmacy to make sure it got taken care of before my doctors office closed. That was at 4:30 PM. I talked to Brennon and she told me she would take care of it. I asked her to make sure it was before 5 PM bc my doctors office closed then. She said she would take care of it. At 5:05 PM my wife was there to pick it up and it wasn’t even off the voicemail yet. My wife set there for a good 30 minutes before it was finally filled. . I understand businesses get busy. Especially pharmacies. But when I told her at 4:30 PM that I only had until 5 PM she should have made sure that got off of the voicemail before my doctors office closed. If I wanted this kind of service I would go to Walgreens or CVS I may have to think twice before returning.

  I've been using Country Day Pharmacy for over 15 years now. I started going there when they were located off of Hulen Street. I use to use chain pharmacies till I got tired of being treated like sheep and cattle! Country Day Pharmacy is without a doubt the best pharmacy experience I've ever had in the last 28 years since I had an epidural abscess from a back surgery. Before that I never used a pharmacy in my life! The staff is always friendly, kind and compassionate. From the pharmacists to the techs and the cashiers you'll always be treated like you actually matter and no question is to big or to small. If you're ever having trouble locating a hard to find drug this is the first place to visit. If they don't have it they will get it ASAP! A chain pharmacy could care less and act as though how dare you ask them to order something they don't normally carry. If you should need a ankle, knee, elbow, hand, back or neck brace they have a big selection. Along with canes and crutches too When someone asks me what pharmacy I use I always tell them Country Day for over 15 years now and it's worth the drive to not be treated like sheep and cattle...

  I LOVE this Pharmacy and all the staff. the Drivers are pleasant professional and personable. Every opportunity I get I recommend them to everyone I know. They truly go above and beyond for everyone. I have probably recommended about 10 people to them. and i will continue to do so every chance I get. If you like being treated like a Human and not an account number go here. You will only wish you had done so sooner.

  I love every person who works here there always so patient with me. I have tendency to forget a lot from illness. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable. And even the pharmacist will go out of their way to help me with any problems that I have. And they know me by name.and are very quick to fill scripts upon request. You guys are great. Thank you for being so kind, gentle, and patient.
