  I gave this a 1 because there was not a 0. This is where they house the child molesters and perverts in jacksonville. It should be burned to the ground with full capacity.why would any owner allow these people to stay there.the owners should be horsewhipped.it is no secret who lives there.

  Dont understand how thus place is still opened, roach infested, sewage backs up in tubs snd sinks, kathy who calls herself management is one of the rudest individuals I've ever run across

  This is not a hotel, it is a dump for our veterans and low income families and people with medical conditions. They stole from my now deceased father, it's known for drugs and prostitution. It's full of roaches, bed bugs, mold, and the air conditioners are so loud they can be heard hundreds of feet away. The pool is empty, overgrown and full of trash. There are fees for everything you want a mini fridge no freezer 30 bucks a month, a remote 10 bucks a month. It's awful I hate my father was ever there and never wanted him there but he insisted and it could have been what made him ill.

  I give this place no stars people come in your room while your gone and take your stuff maintenance man hides in middle room to listen to your private moments pool is no go wifi ha maybe one day a week my son got sick from wall being molded they didn't clean mold just put something over and bugs o my goodness I wouldn't let my pet live in one of those room honestly that's how nasty it is if you stay you stay at your own risk
