  Every time I come here there is an issue and I end up leaving before they do my nails and it’s constantly the same issue!!! I ask how long the wait is because most days I’m on call and need to squeeze getting my nails in quickly. Today I ask how long? Man says 5 minuets, I sat there for almost 30 minuets and when someone was available A.) she sat there and took a break... if you’re going to do that do it in the back, and B.) they were setting up for a lady who came in after me.... with this being the 3rd time I’m writing a review... there a hundred other nail shops you’re just the closest to my house.... I’ll drive elsewhere

  Finding a great nail place can be so frustrating especially when your dishing out the bucks in hope's to have them do an awesome job. Look no more! For over a year i went here every two weeks and never got the same set twice. Its a rarity to be able to bring a pic off Pinterest and have them execute it every time but these girls (& guys) know their stuff! Im going to go through my drive and post what pics i have. I love this place and will be going back when im in the area again.

  Go elsewhere to have your brows shaped and waxed properly. I asked for specific arch shape and the gentlemen completely ignored me and waxed along my old 15 year brow tattoo which I never use anymore and its direly faded. I get a complete face wax cause i love how it removed the fine hairs. After he messed up my brows, he stayed tweezing and breaking off hairs without pulling them out at the root. For a man doing this 20 years he's acting like a rookie fresh out of school. At least at three schools they pull the skin taunt to allow the hair to feel less painful and less breakage. To top that off, he proceeded to wipe some of my face with mineral oil and go to apply the wax again. If you know anything about waxing, wax does not cling to oil of any kind. So basically he was being a rookie pain in the ass. Why would anyone ever go to a place where they get treated like this lack of professionalism???? That's beyond me... I just moved to this area and I'm willing to drive back to Addison to get professional service.

  I found this place my accident and I've been coming back ever since! The people here are so amazing! I decided to get the peppermint pedicure and dip powder on my nails and it was great!!!! The first time I went, one of the guys had just come back from vacation and was doing my nails and accidentally messed up but he noticed and IMMEDIATELY fixed it. He always asked if I was satisfied and I WAS!!! The place was clean and had a very calming feel to it. I would definitely recommend this place. The money is absolutely worth the experience!
