  I ordered for a 2006 Volkswagen Touareg through the Best Car N Care and expected the process to take a long time but to my surprise it took a short time considering when I concluded the deal and when it was delivered. I was updated the whole time about how soon it would be here and any further steps to take. Alex and Vick really made the process very simple and easy. I am grateful.

  Great experience. The variety of cars are really fascinating. Vick was calm, coordinated and professional. He assisted me all through the buying process including the money transfer. Very good business relationship. Excellent place to be!

  I am highly overwhelmed. Alex was actually very helpful during my purchase decision. I was confused but the he helped me in making a good choice concerning the model, and color of the car that I bought. Though as at that time I was not convinced I made the right choice, now that the car is delivered I am quite convinced I made the right decision. I like the vehicle and all its features are perfect.

  I didn't believe the negative reviews until I went and checked out a car that clearly had mechanical problems and the guy tried to play off as normal. Really glad I didn't buy it. Moreover, the prices they list online don't match what they list in person. Their online prices are 2k lower than what they want in person. Dishonest people selling broken cars, hell the guy drove in a BMW with breaks so worn out they were screeching. I'd steer clear, they also have another location called Prestige Auto Service probably because they get such a bad rep they keep changing their name.

  This has to be the worst dealership in the history of the world. They sold me a BMW X5 with a bad head gasket. Tried to say it was my fault (Happened with 20 days of owning car). I start a Lemon lawsuit which I was going to win clear and cut. However, I had to PAY to fix the car $3,000+ Cash. They had the car for over 3 months to "Fix it" (Seriously). Then gave me the car back fixed. Lemon Lawyer was put back on the case and going to start pursuing them for the money I paid. Before 8 days of having car back the engine started knocking. They towed the car from my home and held on it to it for 2 or so weeks. Then I get a call from them asking if I "moved my car"..I live 30+ Miles away (Still serious here)..Sure enough due to them being the ones now having to PAY to fix things. The car gets "stolen" from the street they parked it on and they tried to blame me. Best part is that it was parked perfectly on a public street under 3 minutes of being stolen with NOTHING taken from it. It was moved under 4 miles away from their dealership and it was SET ON FIRE! I have them on video parking the car then getting back into (at night) it to move it to the burn location just minutes apart. They unlocked the car with they keys (Button on key) and got into the car with a Poland spring water bottle which was most likely filled with gas and drove away. Didn't have video of them burning it so the NY district Attorney didn't peruse any charges. They had to change their business name because of the two lawsuits I have against them. They were called "Prestige Auto Service Inc". I have video and recorded conversations of my calls with them and my lawyers to validate my case. They are by far the scum of the car dealer businesses. These people are the BOTTOM of the SCUM Pit. #DontBuyUnlessYouWantToGetBurned
