Horrible service. We were unfortunately referred here from another dealership and I'm surprised anyone would recommend people go here. My family and I fully regret doing any business with this place after only having the vehicle for a little over two months.

I purchased a Pontiac in march and that was a great experience, recently I had a hose that came lose which in turn cause some trouble with my transmission and I brought it into the shop and had absolutely no issues, they told me right away that the warranty would cover it and I just had to pay the deductible (of course as agreed when purchasing the car). With all the negative reviews I was quite surprised how easy it and fast it was to get it in and get it fixed but I had a great experience and my car drives like a dream now and the work they did also comes with a warranty. Michelle in the repair shop was so nice as well!

This was the first purchase that I had ever made with out my dads advice ,I purchased a vehicle a 56 days ago . This dealership claims to do a comprehensive careful exam of their vehicles before putting on sales floor: not true. I test drove the vehicle and immediately noticed that the clutch was almost worn out. I requested that I take the vehicle to my mechanic for a their opinion of overall condition for my own peace of mind , instead the high pressure sales team- sales man Wilson and his boss Dan insisted that it be checked again by their mechanics and that there was a lot of interest in the vehicle. And if I wanted it , I would need to make decisions promptly , salesman Wilson gave me his word that as a dealer in good standing they always stand by their vehicles with or without a warranty. I agreed and the mechanics did agree that it needed a new clutch , Dan said he could offer me a good deal and would only add only half of the cost of new clutch and install to the payments raising loan value only moderately. I agreed but was not told of any other issues found by dealer mechanics. As soon as the clutch was installed (which took one week over promised installed date ), and I drove off the lot within first few miles the air conditioning stopped working , once at home I realized that the newly purchased vehicle mileage was due for an oil change before I even purchased. The air conditioning ran me an additional 450$ to replace parts including leaking hoses. I then began having issues with the turbo in engine only occasionally working , I was told by my mechanic (because I couldn't get returned call from sales man who promised they stand by their vehicles) that turbo could very well need to be replaced roughly 1000$ but I could try a one conservative repair of existing turbo for 300$ but it wasn't a guarantee. I chose this option as I was low on savings after having just paid a reasonable down payment only a month before. After the repair was finished check engine light was off .... for 2 weeks ; after those 2 weeks the light reappeared and once again turbo was only occasionally working. I am trying to save for the more extensive 1000$ rebuild or replacement of the turbo , I have also gotten dummy lights going off because the sensors within the breaks need to be replaced ... I have contacted the dealer and the only thing they are willing to do is allow their mechanics to replace or rebuild turbo which they have said will save me 25$ off of the original 1000$ estimate I have already gotten . They insist that vehicle was in top notch shape when it was sold less than 60 says ago. I was sold a lemon and they definitely Do NOT stand by their purchases .
