  Marcel came out to our home took measurements, talked us through all our options and gave us a free estimate. After getting many estimates Best Buy Shutters was by far the best deal. After 3 short weeks, Brandon and Casey came out and installed our beautiful new shutters. Thrilled with the entire process and especially the elegance they add to our new home. Thanks again!!

  Love our shutters! Contrary to some of the other reviews, we can say we are very happy with our shutters. We feel they are a great value and are pleased we got them for our entire house. They were even installed 2 weeks ahead of schedule! Though we had some glitches in the beginning when finalizing the order, Ron (in sales) and Lynn (at the office) helped us feel we are truly dealing with a professional company. Some of the other reviews made us a little concerned as well, but Gary helped us out with our order and got it customized to our home. Their customer service has exceeded our expectations. Casey and Brandon (installers) were on time, very courteous, extremely hard working and true experts at what they do. We would order again from Best Buy Shutters!

  So excited when the Marcel came and was professional and likeable guy. Gave me a great quote,4 weeks delivery, and sent a very professional kick ass employees. Unfortunately the jobject was never finished 2 months have gone by and still not complete. I'm disappointed. The ones that are done look nice,wish the communication was better and someone cared about me the customer and customer satisfaction...

  If it was possible to not mark any stars for this place, I would. Don't get me wrong, I liked my coworkers, and the office staff was okay, but the owner Gary is my least favorite person. The installation guys know what they are doing, and make every effort to make each installation look as good as possible. And the Factory workers are friendly and mostly self driven employees, some of which take great personal pride in their work. But the faults of the company and product stem mostly from the owner, Gary, and his attempt to squeeze every last dime from his workers and customers, with little concern for either. He doesn't care about customers employees or his product quality in the slightest, as shown by his actions and policies regarding the factory, and customer service. He basically catfished me into the position I started in, promising more than he ever delivered, and stuck me into a new position as soon as he had used my hiring to try and scare another installer into submission. He actively avoided me for weeks at a time whenever he heard from the office staff that I intended to try to make him commit to his initial offer for position and salary. Not to mention the procedure for installations is to do whatever makes the shutters for, even if the shutter is the wrong size, and he has 0 quality control. Ultimately, the Delivery and Installation men are forced to bootleg and jimmy-rig well over half of the shutters they install, due to the lack of customer care that Gary forces on the company with his money grubbing policies, as well as the hectic and unreasonable workload that they are forced to work. The factory conditions are equally bad for the employees, as no music, talking, or conversation is allowed, and Gary refused to turn on the heater in mid-winter because it would have "cost him to much money". All in all, the owner of the company is a greedy, lying, shell of a man; and the company, product, and employees suffer for it. And on the chance that this review is paid to be removed, I will post this every time it is taken down. Sincerely, A former employee of both the Factory and Installation crews.
