  I had a great experience ordering online. I emailed in some questions and received an immediate response. Shipping was very quick too. Looking forward to shopping here again

  I wish I could give less than 1 star. We purchased a stroller from Best Buy Baby but the stroller was defective. At the first available opportunity, several days after the purchase, I attempted to return the stroller for a refund. The merchant first confirmed that the stroller was defective, but would not accept the return. I asked for a manager and waited for over 30 minutes, so I left the store and disputed the charge. During this time, we have had no recourse but to lay out money and purchase a functional stroller from another merchant. I am still waiting for an apology from the merchant. Please do not make a purchase there, I will never purchase there again,
