They handled my complaint about being charged twice with vigor; everyone got involved, it was very clear who the manager was, she helped me through the whole process and even brought her boss over to supervise. ::I've been shopping all over town for a washer dryer and a dishwasher. I was up the street at standard Appliance and was never approached by a salesperson. Stop by Home Depot and the sales staff didn't want to help you unless you went up to them and then you were too much of a bother. Friend suggested I try Best Buy. I went in and was looking for just a few moments and was approached by a salesperson who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure to buy and was treated with respect. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the Integrity they treat customers with.
