  Like a 1 stop shop for electronics, Headphones, Cell phone's, Game Consoles and Computers ect. This branch outlet offers it all worth excellent service, if you ask for it. Even if you can't find it on the shelves, an employee will even check the back.

  I went with my son and his wife to buy my granddaughter a new laptop for school. They had excellent service, and got exactly what she wanted for her needs. This is a great place to buy electronics!

  I was completely dissatisfied with the service this morning after standing in line, receiving a ticket, and coming back to pick it up just to be told that one of the cashier's had sold two to someone else which puts me out of getting the one supposedly designated for me all together. Shame on them! You've successfully ruined a little boy's surprise for Christmas. I will say that after calling later one of the managers did an exceptional job of listening to me explain the issue at hand and did his very best to correct it. I didn't get the console but hopefully there will be another opportunity to snatch one up. #StayingHopeful

  Began talking to 2 different salesmen over the phone about a truck they had listed on Craigslist. We were in Fairbanks, they are in Anchorage. Our experience was horrible. We got financing for the truck sight unseen save for pictures and their word. They knew we were in the bank to get the financing, and continued to let people test drive the truck even though we had already made the deal. We asked them repeatedly if there was anything we needed to know, and we were told that the truck was in great working order, everything was working, tires were 50-75%. So we got the check, drove 6 hours, to find that it had a horrible oil leak, an axle leak, tires that were severely worn, and an exhaust leak that was truly strong in the cab. Had electrical issues that we weren't told about until we were there. Wouldn't budge in price and not accommodating at all, just kept trying to make the sale. Even tried to suggest we maybe weren't familiar with diesels or lift kits, when we drove into the lot in a lifted diesel. Nothing but sneaky salesmen that would say anything for the sale and smile while you drive off the lot with a truck that wouldn't make it for long...and they knew it. PLEASE find a reputable sales company. This one is not it.
