  Good good with nice people, but there needs to be a limit to how many times you get asked if you need help. I was there for about ten minutes, and 7 people asked me if I needed help! That’s insane and overwhelming. Customers need time to actually look and think of a question, geez.

  Most Staff appears more interested in their personal lives than customer service although there are a few staff members that care. Staff is not knowledgeable on products but that’s what YouTube is for. All in all I shop here regularly with the understanding that I have to do my own research.

  When I first visited and asked for an iPhone X the guy came back and told me they were out. I checked online and they certainly were not. They sold me an iPhone. The next day I realized I left my ID card at the store. I tried calling this branch to check if they had it. I was redirected 7 times and hung up on 4 times. An hour passed before I was informed that the manager checked (she clearly didn't with the amount of time they pretended to check). Worst customer service on earth. I recommend you avoid at all cost.

  Always packed... Maybe .... the only place people lined up for Black Friday is this store.... Most people are knowledgeable & helpful..... nice store... Able find most of the electronics items in this shop... The most crowd we saw on Thanks Giving day is for the phone....
