  Great store. Convenient. Clean, very good selection (even more on-line), prices are great, and they price match.

  Was really disappointed with the customer service at this location. I was actually there as part of a mysteryshop assignment, I had to go seek out assistance after standing around waiting for over 15 minutes. If the store had been busy, or if I had actively browsing I wouldn't mind, but the only other customer in there was in the section I wanted assistance in. I could look in any direction to see a cluster of employees having personal conversations with each other , and none broke away to help me until I asked.

  For the phone department: I was deciding between the two sizes of Google Pixel 2. The phone department had no displays available, and when I asked if there was one I could look at, I was given an employees personal google pixel 2 XL phone with little to no guidance and was told the other was out of stock. It’s extremely awkward being handed a personal phone to look at. Lost phone sale here, we left and bought the phone elsewhere with better customer service.

  Plenty of helpful staff. I mean it's Best Buy, so the selection of Electronics and even toys is fantastic. My only knock is that they've all but given up on their movie selection. Alot of empty space where they could be really showing off their stuff.

  POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE...They just lost a $150 sales because of how they chose to handle a $14 geek squad purchase. My wife and I came in to get a replacement cover put on her tablet/laptop and buy a replacement halo earpiece for her phone. We started at The Geek Squad counter and ask them to put the cover on the laptop/tablet. The gentleman went to the back and came back to tell us that he could do it but it would be $14 plus tax. That was fine. We told him that we would leave it with him while we went shopping and we would come back and pay for everything at once. He informed us then that we would have to pay for the Geek Squad service first before they could start any work. He said he would go back to the back to make sure and then he came back and confirm that we could not go to start shopping while they put the cover on unless we paid the $14 upfront. I was stunned and surprised that Best Buy would not trust us with a $14 cover on a $1,000 plus tablet while we went to go buy another $150 earpiece. I was so put off by the decision that they did not trust us with a $14 purchase, that we did not buy the headset at all. Customer service is about building a relationship between the customer and the provider. When you tell someone that you won't trust them with a $14 purchase while you're holding their $1,000 laptop to make a cover repair, it says you don't really want my business. It's unfortunate because we did intend to spend money at that Best Buy to purchase the headset but now that sell has been canceled. I hope they enjoyed the profit from the $14 cover that they were able to put on because that's the only purchase that we made at that location that day.
