  Best Buy is great to shop for electronics at discount prices. Staff is very helpful and they have good customer service overall and speed of checkout. It's never crowded and that's a good thing.

  Very few people at this store knows what they're talking about, granted neither do most customers. Most people do their best to help you and are honest when they don't know something, but others seemingly get offended that you're asking something beyond their expertise and weirdly try to belittle you, like their pride is tied to the amount of galaxy phones they've sold. There are some real characters here, but it's alright if you need to pick up the odd piece of hardware and don't want to wait on Newegg or Amazon. Also they're replacement 'insurance program' is dope and I've heard good things about the gamers club, (something like 20% off New games I think). Basically, y'all need to treat your employees better and y'all need some better employees. God bless

  It is well organized. The staffs there are extremely helpful, they're always on the look out for customers needs and questions. They know a lot about the electronics there and provide their own opinions towards a certain technology.

  I experienced discrimination at this store on 4/26/18 by the female manager that is in charge of customer service. She completely lied about the return/exchange policy of the store. She used a previous interaction that we had in October 2016 to label me in the store. She refused my return without even scanning the receipt. I was told that I had to go the original store I bought it from. You can return to any Best Buy location in the USA, but here I had an issue. Not a system issue, a personal issue. I've already contacted the manager Aaron about this. Also the executive Best Buy office has been made aware of the situation as well. I was discriminated against and wronged and I'll make sure that something is done.

  My favorite Best Buy store is 23rd and 6th Ave mid town Manhattan. However, My iPhone 6 battery runs down in a second. I just did and interview and needed to send references to the interviewer and my phone was dead. I went to the apple store downtown Brooklyn and was told I should make an appointment and when the battery comes in I would be notified to come in and get it replaced. The thing was I wanted my phone up and running now not later. So I went to the Atlantic Mall Best Buy and told my situation to the Best Buy Associate in the mobile section and he recommends getting a portable charger. He was quite knowledgeable, respectful and very patient with me.The charger worked like a charm in no time my phone was up and running and I was able to send my references over. Even while cashing my product he made recommendations and I was very impressed with the service. Thanks Best Buy👍🏼👍🏼
