  Really Good Best Buy. Usually have what you're looking for in stock. Also not as Crowded as the union square location. So no long lines!!

  Buying from one shop and picking up at another - Dont do it because their system does not always work - then major issues to resolve with original store and get your item to be given to you - Very dissapointed NY experience I want to add that the store in Broadway Midtown is where they messed it up and pickup in 5th was excellent in resolving it.

  The are a few Best Buy stores in the city but this one is my favourite. There is great space in the store with high ceilings and plenty of light. There is a great array of tech and all big and small technology companies are well represented and stocked. The stores computing and photography areas are particularly well set out. The lower floor has the cell phone area. Staff in general are very accommodating and friendly.

  Love this store. Like a little wonderland of the latest electronics and helpful as well as knowledgeable employees who are very pleasant and go out of their way to help with questions you may have.

  Manhattan lacks where it comes to electronic stores. Fortunately at Best Buy you can find whatever you are interested in as far as electronic equipment is concerned. Really good smartphone and cameras department. The staff is very helpful and very well educated on the products they are selling. Find very helpful answers. Prices are quite good and online buying is also a plus.
