::I went to best buy on may 14 2018 to acquire a fire tablet for my mother, I ask three persons to assist with my request, the three persons that I spoke to i believe were two security guards and an associate, after twenty minutes I decided to go to TARGET, target associates are on point, I even spoke to a manager, thanks TARGET. I always buy my gadgets and small appliances from best buy not anymore. You don't deserve a star, but I had to or wouldn't be able to post my experience, best buy you should take a page from TARGET or have a few of internal staff take a trip to JAPAN, your associates needs restructuring.

::All I can tell you is, if you're patient and like sales sign up with best buy apply for their visa and collect all their discounts. Do your research compare prices. Best buy has better prices. Free delivery within 5 days. I'm happy and satisfied

::This place is the worst. Customer service is non existent here. Went in to repair my Sony sound bar that I have four years of warranty on. Had an appointment at 5. Arrived at 4:50 and check in. Stood till about 5:30 and noticed people with appointments at 5:20 we’re being helped. Complained about it and said my appointment was at 5 to which the reply was “you weren’t here”. He never called by appointment nor by any order just I wasn’t there. He gets someone else to help cause at this point he feels like I’m bothering him. The new agent starts looking for replacement of my speakers to which another agent whispers something to. Then I was told they couldn’t do anything because my speakers sounded good. He played a song for about 10 seconds because he can’t bother the people around but my speakers were good for the 10 seconds.i kept telling him they go bad after a while but no. Nothing can be done about my faulty speakers which I have warranty for. Never going back again.
