  I'm glad there's a good Best Buy near us. We always get good service here. The people they hire are very well-trained. They also seem to have a lot of staff working to help.

  My family has been getting our computers and many other electronics here for over a decade. I enjoy the quick, friendly service. I once again had to replace my desktop computer, so was able to use my store card to get interest free financing-always a help.

  Big box electronics store. Helpful if you are wanting to look at stuff in person. Really helpful if you know nothing about items because they have basic training on their items.

  Very disappointed in Best Buy. Bought a camera at this location this morning and got home and after speaking with my husband we realized we wanted the bundle. Its an additional $200. We spoke with customer service and they said we'd still have to pay the 15% restocking fee. After speaking to a manager on the phone I was told to come back up there and they'd sell me the bundle and waive restocking fee. So after going back up there they tell me I actually would have to pay the restocking fee because its a different package all together. So I left. We have made many large purchases with them in the past, including a washer, dryer, computer, cell phones, and now a camera. We will go ahead and pay off our camera then cancel our credit card with them and take our business elsewhere. (I don't want to return it, pay 15% of $600 and be empty handed, otherwise I'd return and cut ties now) I am extremely dissatisfied with how Best Buy handled this situation. I called corporate and filed a complaint and was basically told thats just the way it is because Best Buy would not be able to say the camera is new anymore and they'd lose money because they'd have to discount the item. Bad business. Bye, Best Buy.

  Favorite Best Buy. Great, efficient & caring employees. It may take some time if u are getting a new product, setting up a new line or something in that area but it's bc they are consistent & do things the right way. They make u feel like family here!
