  It's hit or miss with the customer service. Some people are attentive and informative while others will walk right by you. When you do hunt them down, they just stare at you with an impatient look and either no knowledge of what you are asking them or don't care enough to give it to you.

  Friendly staff at this spot and one person was able to give me some good tips as I considered wireless routers. As Best Buy’s go it is on the smaller side, with a somewhat limited selection.

  Our sales associate, Marshall, went above and beyond with helping my mother and I with a trade-in after her Samsung HDTV died after 18 months. He gave my mom all the possible options for an upgrade with our extended warranty and was more than willing to answer all of her questions. He made a frustrating situation so much better and got us a great deal on a 4K TV.
