  Went in asking for a certain item I was told to go to customer service and ask if they have them. When I asked she started to look but had to pick up her cell phone to answer a text. Very rude and definitely not customer service. I happen to run a guest service area for a different store. We are not allowed to even have our phones with us.

  Selection in-store is not as varied as bigger central Aurora store. Not as crowded thereby staff assistance is not a problem and during my visit, was attended to very well with all my questions. Parking is no problem.

  Very dissatisfied, we arrive at 7:24, the only employee at phones Ana, was with another customer, it was after another employee started helping us(close to 9 pm) that she finally stop the chit chat . With in minutes she said she couldn't help us , and she didn't know the reason, I ask for a good explanation to what she said that Best Buy it's a third party that was after she shut me up twice because I ask why.... I've been shopping in best buy every year for 10 years, every electronic, appliance in my house comes from this store. I would not get back to this branch in Salida CT Employees with attitude are bad to any company.

  I was looking for a car stereo. Apparently no one does that anymore. I asked twice and waited a while for assistance. No one in the store knew anything about the stereos. Numerous ones (like the models I wanted) were not in stock. None of the stereos are hooked to an antenna, nor speakers, so you can't hear them play. Jeez! If it weren't for the great sale and free shipping to my house, I would not have bought one.

  This report is a good place to go and get Electronics last minute. You will usually end up paying more than if you were to order them Electronics Online. If you can go to the store when they are having a sale you will get a better value out of your purchase. They will really Jack you on price when it comes to Little Things such as phone cases and phone chargers. The customer satisfaction has always been very good. The cleanliness of the store has always been very good. Do not visit this place on Black Friday it is extremely busy. You can get all sorts of electronics here. Anything from computers two appliances. They are limited on their computer parts you cannot build a computer solely off of this store. It would be really nice if they had computer cases and motherboards they have a small selection of graphics cards and random access memory however if you're trying to build a computer don't go here.
