  The worst customer service I've experience. Multiple times I go into this Best Buy and totally getting ignored by the customer service, I guess they think I'm broke since I'm young. The thing that's funny is is that they are broke cause they work at Best Buy. Went on Amazon and saved over a $111 anyway Best Buy sucks.

  I was getting a new phone and the man that helped us did everything for us and even price matched to make sure I got the best deal! He was absolutely amazing! Thank you!

  Geek Squad's customer service is lacking. You tell them exactly what is wrong and when the problem occurs and the are so busy playing around nothing gets fixed. My laptops problem happens a hour into use and per their own clock they checked it for 3 minutes and said they could not replicate the issue and it was the manufacturers problem and contact them. I bought it from best buy, the very one I took it back to. I have spent thousands between 3 kids and 2 adults - 5 tv's, 6 laptops, Apple Computer and tablet, refrigerator etc. After this my dollars will be spent elsewhere.

  In my most recent trip there got a new over the ear blue tooth headphones and they were the store brand and are totally outpacing my expectations. I couldn't be more pleased. Staff is helpful too and can quickly help you track down what you need.

  Excellent Service. was looking for a new printer. Sales Rep greeted me within minutes of arriving. Took me to what I asked for, honored the lower of two conflicting published prices, gave info on warranty options with no high pressure tactics, had me boxed up and paid and out the door in 15 minutes. great job. and the store os better organized than it used to be.
