  Bought an 2 terabyte external hard drive and used it. Ended up needing a bigger one with more space so I thought I’d return the one I have and exchange it then pay the difference. Apparently, my money and goods I bought from BEST BUY aren’t good enough. They told me no, that I was outside my time limit. PERFECT WORKING HARD DRIVE. Never shop at BEST BUY again.

  Went here looking for a Bluetooth speaker. They had them spread out all over the place and few of them were on display to look, feel or hear. The employee helping me didn't seem to know where anything was. I later went to the best buy near macarthur St and the experience was much better.

  This location is alright, customer service here is sub-par Which can be frustrating when you are looking to spend a lot of money on products... having knowledge of them is important. If you plan on offering a protection plan... understand how to explain it... I would recommend the Best Buy off 40 and MacArthur

  Always go to Best Buy for my electronics and have never been disappointed. Count on Geek Squad anytime I have an issue with my computer, and they always take good care of me!

  I like this Best Buy a lot. They have things other Best Buy's don't always have. Like a good selection of unlocked phones. There's plenty of parking. The store is clean and the bathroom was clean. In the first minute I was there I had three people asked if I needed help with anything so service was excellent. I started to walk towards the registers and someone asked if I was ready to check out and then took me to a. Closer register. I will definitely be going back.
