::So far I've tried the quinoa salad, chili, the double bison burger with cheese, and sweet potato fries. All three bison dishes were exceptional. For those who can't handle bison in their diet, my husband had a salad with chicken and a chicken sandwich, both of which he proclaimed excellent. Some other reviewers are hitting this on price point, but the bison served is nothing like the cheap, greasy hamburger at standard fast food chains. For the health and novelty benefits you're getting, this place is a bargain.

::I'd give it 4.5 stars. LOVED the food and they accommodated my special requests. I had a Bison patty salad with roasted peppers, tomatoes and grilled mushrooms, delicious and satisfying. However, they need more condiment selections: BBQ sauce, hot sauce, "buffalo" style wing sauce, salsa, anyone with me? Would also be nice to have some lite salad dressings, really, there were none!

::Omaha’s freshest new concept started with a food truck. On trend from the custom designed kiosks for ordering to the sleek and simple design of the interior. Best Bison was quick, friendly and the order was just the way we ordered it. The Bison Burger wasn’t overwhelming in size and priced at the market for the higher priced, leaner meat. The fries, though. The fries are most certainly in the top 5 in the Omaha metro area. Great experience!

::I had a bison sausage sandwich. The sausage was very tasty. I particularly liked the bun. However, over $8.00 for a sausage sandwich was a bit pricey. I liked ordering from the kiosk. It was not busy when I was there and it took too long to get my food. I chalk this up to the newness of the restaurant. It is a novel endeavor and I will watch it's progress with interest but probably not go back due to the price point.

::Delicious food and great service. The screens used to place and customize your order are easy to use, friendly staff were available in case we had questions, and the wait time for the food was short. The bison burgers, fries, and shakes were great. We will absolutely be visiting again!
