  The rents are outrageous! Totally not realistic. 4BR 1bath does not = $1750. Ballooning up real estate. Bubble burst coming.

  Jan from the Loft Warehouse was awesome! She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me move into the place I desired. Jan was available to answer all of my questions about the process. She was really patient and focused on what I wanted. She is super knowledgeable about Detroit real estate!

  Wanted to acknowledge the great work done by Kevin Griffin, one of the representatives on this team. My wife and I were moving across country and needed to find a rental. Kevin showed us a great townhouse that was suitable for our short-term needs, but most importantly, we conducted most of this transaction (signing lease, payments and associated paperwork) remotely from the West Coast. Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty. He personally arrived at the house to help when we had alarm issues, dropped off items to help with our move in as needed and even offered to lend an inflatable mattress when our belongs did not arrive on time. A job well done, we would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for rental assistance in the D.

  Brandon Mathis was our leasing agent and he did a fantastic job. I called about a property I was really interested in on Friday morning and he worked it out so that we could see it that same day. We were on a big time crunch- We turned in our application the next day and were approved later the next week. Brandon made sure everything was right every step of the way. Efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend him!
