  Septa MFL as a whole just needs help. The train schedule is always so unrealiable during commuting hours. The trains never arrive when they are supposed to at this station. When it does, too many people are already riding the train and you cant get on and have to wait another 12 mins (maybe longer) for a train to come. When you finally get on the train its trashed, questionable stains on the seats, garbage from the awful people of Philadelphia. My car windows were smashed one day after I got back from work because of the low life's in the area.. essentially the Berks station is not a good place to get on because it stops in the meth and crack capital of the East coast before it gets to you. If septa wasn't always on strike maybe they could get the 5 septa cops to ride this train!... I don't like this station or 8th and market ughh don't get me started.

  Above ground station. Entrance on the West side of Front St. There is an elevator here. Some rain cover, but not much wind shelter.

  It needs a better policeing at this stop. Because there's alot of crime around front and perks.
