  I had such a terrible experience a few days ago. I have gone to this salon for years and received the same 24 hour keratin each time. For the first time I booked online and somehow booked a different service. I didn't realize that they put in the wrong treatment into my hair until after an employee put products into my hair. I questioned what was in my hair and the employee barely answered my question and walked away. Another employee tried to stand up for me but the employee who was working on my hair threw a temper tantrum. The receptionist came in and offered me a discount on getting the 24 hour keratin at another time. She didn't get that all I wanted was the 24 hour keratin treatment at that point in time. Why would I ever go back to a salon where they will put whatever they want in your hair? I'd rather pay more money and go somewhere else. Terrible service!!! They don't care about your business at all.

  What an amazing hair salon!! I've visited there a week ago and I was welcomed by a really nice reception lady offering me a coffee and a sit. I arrived 10 min before my appointment and they started right away! I did highlights and a blow and it turned about to be amazing! The lady who did my hair was very kind and professional, and she suggested that I will do a lighter version of the color I wanted and she was right. I got a feeling of a personal treatment, they weren't rushing me and did not let me feel like they just want to finish and move on. NO! I really felt like I was the only one being take care of, and this is one of the most important things for me to experience in an hair salon. Thank you very much!!! will be see you again for sure! Go do your hair there and you won't regret it! guarantee!

  It is very apparent that Beny has a deep passion and love for his profession!!! I came in with a picture from Pinterest of violet red hair. Beny did a very intense process in order to achieve a rich violet hue without damaging my hair in any way. He also taught the young ladies in the salon precisely how to achieve this while carefully instructing them. His carefree, upbeat, and jovial nature is very fun to watch and experience! I left the salon after a long day a new lady with shiny, beautiful locks! Thank you Beny!!

  Omg this place is terrible! Let me start off by saying that they are very misleading. I purchased a Brazilian keratin through groupon that said $250.00 and with the groupon I paid $99. 00. Well guess what their regular price for their Brazilian hair treatment is $95.00 !! Their is a sign that clearly states it. So why are they misleading Groupon because they are the ones that report their prices to groupon. I will tell you why! Because there treatment are the lowest kind of Keratin hair treatment. The very next morning i woke up with damaged hair. Worst then when I first went in there. The treatments are suppose to improve your hair not make it worst . Then when I called the lady who said she was the owner was very rude and unsympathetic and had no interest in trying to fix it. They continue to tell me that my hair got that way from becoming wet. I told the girl that I did not wet my hair. The owner and the worker insisted that I did wet my hair. At this point I was very annoyed and told the worker ok can you stop saying that I wet my hair because I didn't I woke up this way. The worker said to me ok wait here and went to the owner and said that I was being very nasty with them. Not at all they refused to take responsibility for their incompetence . Oh and let me point out that they finally decided to blowout my ends. The worker took me to the other store to blow it out but proceeded to talk about me in her language right in front of me as if I could 't understand her!!! Hello I am Puerto Rican. I do not recommend this business to anyone as they clearly have no I idea what they are doing!!!!!! Oh and yes my hair is still the same way damaged... thank god Groupon is refunding me after I sent them my pictures of my hair!!! Oh one more thing. When you are done they ask you if you can go on yelp and give them a good review and they will give you a discount in return...... Hmmmm
