  This is a con man store, stay away from them. Please don't ever shop this store, very bad business people. A couple months ago, my mom went to buy a pre-own breitling lady watch for $2500 (they asked for $4800, then they lowered down to $2500). We were told that it was a pre-owned watch in great condition due to its high quality. A few hours after I bought it, the watch stopped working. We brought it to the store the next day asking for return because it stopped working, it was a defected watch. They refused return request and insisted that it was running out of batteries. So they placed a new battery. Again, it worked for a few hours, then stopped again. Now it completely dead, doesn’t work anymore. This poor quality product should never have gone out for sale. Unfortunately, we got stuck with the defected product. These people are con man. Don’t buy from them.

  WORST Jewelers ever! They tried charging me more for a repair when I can back to get it. They also did not fix what I asked them to fix and then told me 5 days, while it actually took two weeks. Extremely poor customer service and would not recommend anyone buying anything from them.

  Had a wonderful experience! Purchase beautiful diamond earrings on sale for over 50% off for the holidays, Marc was very accommodating and helpful. Left here with earrings and even a completed repair within 30 mins! Worth a stop in :)

  BEWARE! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE QUALITY, NO REFUND POLICY They have an extremely small sign behind the counter stating their policy on refunds, but beware if you do not notice this, they will actually tell you they accept returns. I was sold junk jewelry, tried to return it the next day (completely untouched and still in the box), was told that it’s not their problem. So here’s how this store operates... they buy extremely low quality or maybe even fake jewelry... put an outrageous price tag on it... tell you that they can do a price that is much better than what tag says... keep pressuring you to purchase the item... still make money on the sale because the item probably cost them next to nothing The jewelry being sold in this store is complete garbage. It isn’t worth 1/10 what they actually sell it for and forget what they put on the tags... thats just insane. I wish there was somewhere to report these scam artists. I have no doubt that they will take advantage of anybody and everybody that walks into their store. Kids, the elderly, the disabled, anyone who is vulnerable. (I am 16 years old and I was scammed) It is disgusting. They need to be shut down.

  The jewelry place I DONT recommend at all to anyone very rude people after my stone came out 3 times and they fixed it and I had to pay $25.00 to get labor and I brought it back they we're very nasty about it and they tried to put the blame on me and the stone came out and I just didn't like the way I was getting treated so I DONT recommend this place at ALL there jewelry is junk it breaks off very easy the stone so I please don't allow people going to this store at all . Go to a store you trust . But NOT benny's
