High quality, quick service and nice prices at this place! Nice thick New York style bagels in Dallas’s underground food court. Worth it for sure if you are in the mood for a tasty bagel.

The owner is a great person. If you come in enough he will take care of you often. Early riser on croissant is THE go to in the morning IMO. Not sure why the negative reviews - I have probably eaten here 50x in the past year. It is a great way to start your morning! I have eaten lunch here once.

Came in this morning looking for a dozen bagels and cream cheese to surprise coworkers. Based on a google search online, I expected to spend ~$14.99 for a dozen bagels and two 8oz cream cheese. I was rather surprised when the owner rang this up as $25.00. While the initial price was shocking, the owner’s attitude was the issue. He could have easily stated that his prices are different than those posted online and I would have accepted that the online menu was outdated or the pricing had changed. After I questioned the price, the owner proceeded to tell me he was not affiliated with the online site and that there is no way he could hit those prices, he would lose money (makes sense, and had he left it here, we would be on good terms!). He then proceeded to turn to other customers and tell them that his day was going great before I walked in and ruined it. He said the only way he could get close to those prices is if he sold Walmart cream cheese. He continued to apologize to other customers for my disrupting their morning. This guy runs a small business; he has to charge enough to cover his costs… I totally understand that, but you cannot sustain your business by treating customers this way. There is no way to justify the crazy pricing compared to his competition… the margins in bagels are decent if you make your own, based on the texture and taste of these, I doubt he makes his own bagels.
