  It was great working with Benjamin when I got my 6-point speeding ticket in Upstate, NY. Being from NYC, traveling up for the court date was almost impossible. Ben was able to get my ticket down to 2-points and did it at a very reasonable price. If you get a ticket and are unsure what to do, Ben is your guy.

  Benjamin Goldman is a great lawyer who was able to successfully fight my speeding ticket. He is smart, nice, responsible and makes himself available for questions etc. I highly recommend him. He turned a nightmare into a minor hitch.

  July 4, 2017 We were apprehensive when my wife got a ticket in Rockland county. We called Mr. Goldman, at about 10pm, whose demeanor, professionalism, competence and knowledge of the specific court we would have to deal with, calmed our nerves. Sure enough, the end result was like his original advice . . . speeding ticket reduced to a parking ticket with no points.   Benjamin fought off a ticket I got for a move-over violation. What a great relief! I also spoke with a few other firms, but this is the one that seemed the easiest and most straightforward to work with. No hassle, it just got done.
