  After discovering a water leak one evening; Nick arrived after hours and had the leak stopped; preventing further property damage and ensuring that my family would have hot water the next day. He was highly professional and educated me of my options for replacing my old hot-water heater. Nick was able to find a low-profile 50-gallon hot-water heater and had the installation done the next day. If I could give an extra star I would for making sure that the work area was clean and orderly after the work was done.

  Bo was awesome! We another large company try and tell us our plumbing issue would cost $700. Bo was prompt and professional and fixed our issue with a drain clean out special ...He thoroughly explained the how and why or what needed to be done. 20 mins and $79 later and our plumbing was fixed!! Don't use anyone other than this company or Bo!

  Bobby Mathis from Benjamin Franklin... bar none! He diagnosed our issue and quickly went to work! We were back up and running FAST! Would completely and utterly trust all plumbing jobs to this man! Great asset to Benjamin Franklin!

  We had both inside and outside plumbing issues, although for the call I only mentioned the inside ones. Chris arrived early in the window, very professional, and was willing to even do the outside issue. He got everything done, and was courteous the entire time. Very good work! I would highly recommend him!

  The tech (Alie) was on time, respectful of my house (covered his shoes everytime he entered) and very knowledgeable. I had to have my outside faucet replaced. Alie left the job cleaner that it was before as far as replacing the brick mortar around the faucet. I’ve used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the past and only call them now because they don’t try to pressure up sell you.
