  I have been coming to this location for over a year now and I love it. I always book my appointments with Cheri. Cheri does a phenomenal job! She always listens to what I want and makes it happen. She is attentive and takes her time. She has helped make my brows go from blah to fabulous! Cheri is very knowledgeable about the Benefit products and she is not pushy about selling them (I hate pushy sales people! She is not one of them). Cheri has gotten to know me so she only offers the products that I use regularly and mentions any new products I would like. I highly recommend Cheri and this Benefit location. You won't be disappointed!

  Disaster. After the brow mapping I informed the girl it looked too thin but she assured me she was staying outside the line. She waxed over half my eyebrows off leaving a pencil thin line. I asked her not to touch the top but she didn't listen. Left holding back tears. Devastated I look ridiculous and will need to wait 3-6 months to be back to normal.

  I was always happy with my brows when Vanessa shaped them, The only reason for a 3 star review is that it is very difficult to get an appointment even weeks out. I am looking for a new location as a result.

  I can not begin to tell you how much I'm in LOVE with my brows again.. I've had several bad experiences with eyebrow waxing and threading shops. After the last time I visited the eyebrow threading shop on Madison in between State and Wabash, I was completely fed up. The older lady had completely threaded half of my brows off just to "arch" them. Even after, the arches and brows were completely different. There I paid $10. I didn't really want to pay more than $10 for eyebrow grooming because that was the average price in the area. However, after doing research I found Benefit Brow Bar for $20, which was $10 more than I usually pays but I was willing to pay more, and I set an appointment on Christmas Eve. I had been letting my eyebrows grow back a little back over a month so they can be done properly. When I got there, Paulette seen me. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. As she went through the steps, she explained everything she was doing. I was at ease because I felt confident that she was confident. After she finished, I was at lost for words. My eyebrows were shaped the same, minimum hair was gone (my full eyebrows were back) and they were just looking good. I can not express how happy I am that I had the opportunity to be serviced by her. Paulette is absolutely the best! No one else is ever touching my eyebrows again!
