We called to get some info for my fathers burial and the lady who my brother spoke to was completely rude from point A to point B. We stated to her that we lost a significant person and just want some general information. Instead of providing us with information she basically redicule every question asked and made some rude remarks towards us. Her mannerism Is completely unprofessional.

Both cemetery and staff are top notch. Clean and well run. Always a pleasure to work with the staff at Belmont. Meachum's Memorials

Bad customer service. Purchased a plot for my father, they added the total wrong. They called me the day after the funeral telling me I owed money. I ordered my fathers marker from an outside place. They delivered the marker and Belmont memorial set it in and got cement all over the top. I called the office so it could be corrected. The receptionist was rude and hung up on me.

Simple, graceful and dignified. This is the loveliest cemetery in Fresno. The central bell tower is truly beautiful.

Very disappointed. We decorated my dad's spot for Valentine's Day one day prior and came to visit him the next day and all decorations were thrown away including a framed picture, plants that were in a pot, a ceramic cross. Everything that had been there since his stone was put in. So upsetting. And when we spoke to the office staff they were unhelpful and unsympathetic. They told us to check the back where they toss things out and none of his things were there. Horrible horrible horrible. I hope in the future they use better judgment and not throw away things from a loved one's spot when they clearly keep it up and visit often.
