::I have been going there for 4 years now. I can say that the service there is going downhill. Now they charge $16 but the service is terrible. They did a very poor job vacuuming my interior. There were watermarks everywhere outside my car. I used to get excellent service in $14, now they are nowhere near it. Today is going to be my last visit there. It is not worth for $16.

::They broke my door lock knob, I pay for vacuum, and they did vacuum but didn't not even vacuum the car mats and just flip them over what ended up making my car even dirtier. Prices very high, poor quality. I get more and better service even just doing outside in another place. HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO there. If u go make sure they didn't brake anything before you leave.

::Someone told me they got their car washed here so I said I'll give it a shot. I was excited because my car hasn't washed in a while, and I am putting it up for sale. I payed for their most expensive package, expecting to get their best work, only to be extremely disappointed. The outside was washed just as well as I do it at home and the inside was still filthy. Like barely vaccumed, the windshield was still dirty, and the back wasn't touched with the vacuum. I specifically asked them to be sure to clean around and in between the seats and they did not touch those areas. Not even my steering wheel was wiped down. Nothing seemed to be wiped down on the inside and my seats weren't even vaccumed! I really wasted 30 dollars for something I could have done in 15 minutes at home. So upset.
