  First off, I am very grateful that Belltown Modern Dentistry were able to fit me in their schedule for an emergency filling! The staff there go above and beyond to ensure every patient is taken cared of and leaving with a smile on their face. Dr. Pacyga did the work and he did a much better job than my previous dentist who rushed through my filling and didn't completely get rid of the cavity. Desaia also went above and beyond in making sure that there were no billing surprises before and after the operation. Dealing with the insurance companies is not an easy task but Desaia is a freakin rockstar! Thank you everyone!!

  I love these dentists. I am what you would call an extremely sensitive patient and they both have gone above and beyond to make both me and my wife (queer friendly business) feel like we can trust them. They are very protective of their patients and extremely empathetic to someone who has a lot of dental trauma.

  I cannot rate the in-person service at this location because, unfortunately, I never made it to my appointment for reasons detailed below. I also have all of the relevant voicemails saved as proof of the timing and content of these events. I first called Belltown Modern Dentistry because of their positive reviews online. I set up an appointment for two weeks later. One day after I made the appointment I was called by the office and they requested that I move my appointment up by 30 minutes. I agreed. Approximately two weeks later, and one day prior to my appointment, I receive another call from the dentist office which left a voicemail saying that they had someone cancel and wanted to know if I wanted to move my appointment to earlier in the day. I already had the time scheduled off of work and I was happy with my previous appt. time so I did not return the call. The next day, on the day of the appointment, I received a call from the dentist office less than 45 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The office said that the doctor was going to be out this afternoon and asked that I reschedule the appointment. I told them that since I had already taken time off of work for this appointment that they can just cancel completely. The woman on the phone abruptly changed her tone and said that they could, in fact, take care of me if I showed up at the agreed upon time. I agreed. After getting off of the phone I thought about the fact that this dentist office called me on three separate occasions over a two week period to either request that I change my appointment time or to cancel it completely. Would I be keeping a doctor in the office who didn't really want to be in the office later in the afternoon? Would I receive good service? These are questions I didn't want to ask when these people would be sticking tools in my mouth. I promptly called back and informed the office that I wanted to cancel. My reason, and I told the office this exactly, is that I was called three times in the past two weeks and that I simply did not have a good feeling about the situation. Other reviews for this dentist are good and hopefully my experience is an anomaly. However, don't be surprised if you make an appointment with this dentist only to be called at a later time with a request to change or cancel your appointment.

  Convenient, Awesome staff, Brand New Office, Modern Equipment, Those are a few touch points; but more specifically the level of service here is so consistent with the level of service I got when i was going to Dr. Pilillo's office in Lynnwood and that is rare to find when it comes to most businesses.. also Shout out to Ashley who is the office manager she is a Pro through and through; I've had scheduling issues due to work on my end in the Lynnwood office and now at the Belltown office and she still makes me feel valued as a customer when i call in to reschedule assuring me they will always make time for me, when im ready.   I recently saw Dr Polillo at Belltown Modern Dentistry, and it was honestly the best experience I have had at the dentist! The whole staff was welcoming and friendly, and the clinic is very clean, well organized and appealing. I appreciated Dr Polillo taking extra time to talk to me about my concerns regarding my dental health and TMJ. He and his staff provided me with a bite block to ease the comfort of my cleaning due to hearing my history of jaw issues and discomfort without me even having to ask, and I left with clean, sparkling teeth and a great experience. I'll be back for my regular cleanings and checkups for sure! Belltown Modern Dentistry left me with a good taste in my mouth, pun intended! ;)
