  Terrible service, go somewhere else if you would like to get cleaning done on the day that the cleaners said it would be done. They said they tried to contact me but no voicemail or anything else. Just terrible service with the lack of communication as no English is spoken.

  My experience here was terrible. I dropped off about 20 button downs one day. The next day I dropped off one shirt for my girlfriend, and knew I would pick everything up together a few days later. I paid upfront, as I always do for my dry cleaning. Huge mistake, here. When pickup day arrived, they "had no record" of the shirt I dropped off for the girlfriend. Would not even discuss the matter of the missing shirt with me. That same day, one of my shirts was not cleaned, and was told it "was dropped off like this". A rip in the sleeve big enough to put my hand through. I explained to them that his was completely unacceptable. They refused to pay for either shirt, the missing one or the ripped one, and offered no store credit or anything else (not that I would have gone back, but the gesture would have gone a long way). I will be cross posting this review. Beware of this cleaner and find an alternative.
