  I'm technically a patient of the Pac Heights location but was asked to come to their new Hayes Valley location. As always the staff is super friendly and thorough with explaining what's going on. There are three chairs available and the space is super clean and modern. If you're thinking about investing in ortho treatment, I highly recommend Bella and her team. (I'm still on a couple weeks into my treatment but I spent a lot of time before asking questions and they were always helpful.)

  Dr. Bella Garnett and her staff were absolutely fantastic! They were super professional and completely transformed my son’s mouth. She made a treatment plan and the timing was perfect. I would 1000% recommend her office! Thank you!

  Dr. Bella and her staff are nothing short of AMAZING! I started treatment at the other location but moved here because it's a block from my work. At age 34, my front teeth suddenly started to meet edge to edge and episodically hit when I talked. It was weird, random, painful and they stared to chip. I went to my dentist and was referred to ortho. Side note - if you grind, get a custom mouthguard, NOW. If I had taken care of this years ago, I would not have grinded down my teeth and developed this issue. I had consultations with 4 different providers. Dr. Bella did not take my insurance but her staff and office bordered more on an ortho spa and her confidence in fixing my issue was more than any other consultation. My cost was $6980 (everything included) but if you have an FSA through your work, USE IT! Def helped cut down the cost. I had Invisalign (perfect choice when the teeth hit/correcting a bite because it protects them). I wore them for 15 months. I now have permanent retainers installed on my upper and lower teeth, I wear a bite plate during the day to help pull down my back teeth down and at night, I wear Essix retainers on the top and bottom. Still need some some slight refinement but I have full trust in the Doctor and believe she will fix my issue completely with the bite plate. A couple things to note - be a good patient! This means following her instructions to a T! Do not complain if you do not have an ideal outcome due to lack of compliance. Next, Bella has amazing and rare patient care. I never felt like a number. She once responded to an email I sent at 7am on a Saturday by calling me to ease my worries! She is kind, extremely thorough (one of the top Invisalign providers in the US) and has incredible attention to detail. She is also compassionate, understanding and fun! If you want to explore ortho work, go in for a consultation! It's free and cost does not incur until you start treatment. Highly recommend! Totes worth it. Remember, it's an investment!
